Everything is ready in Verona for Vinitaly 2019, the main trade fair dedicated to the world of oenology at national level – and beyond. The event will open its doors from 7 to 10 April, and also this year there will be a large participation: despite the considerable expansion of the exhibition area, the exhibition spaces have already been completely filled by the companies, registering a sold out.

The programme of Vinitaly 2019 is very extensive, with conferences on topics such as Made in Italy and the promotion of wines from regions such as Latin America and South Africa.
In the midst of international experiences, however, there will be a space dedicated to Italian production. In this regard, Villa La Pagliaia is pleased to announce its participation to Vinitaly 2019 in order to make known the excellence of the Chianti Classico region.
The Appointments
Sunday, April 7, from 11:30 to 16:30, in the Silver Hall of Palaexpo Verona will be set up a tasting of wines of the highest quality from Italy. These are the excellences selected for the 32nd edition of the Gambero Rosso “Vini d’Italia” (“Wines of Italy”) guide – some of them have even been awarded the prestigious title “Tre Bicchieri” (“Three Glasses”). Most of the selected wines come from the hills of Tuscany, the undisputed queen of the 2019 ranking.
Verona and the City
After the success of last year, with 12,500 bottles uncorked, this year too the fuorisalone wine “Verona and the city” offers meetings, shows and tastings in the most beautiful places of the city of Romeo and Juliet. It is a unique opportunity to discover not only the quality of the Italian and international wine tradition, but also the charming atmosphere of Verona. Among the special events of this 53rd edition you can’t miss the yoga & wine appointment and the walk through the places of Shakespeare while sipping excellent wines.
